Payment Options

Program Cost: 13-20 year old $75

(Online and Phone Payments include a convenience fee)

Mail the registration form to the Fresh Start program 

after paying by phone or online.

Pay by Phone:

1. Dial 1-800-272-9829

2. Select Option 3.

3. Enter your Jurisdiction Code, 6836.

4. Follow the messages, inputting data where necessary.

5. All Major Credit/Debit Cards Accepted (Includes convenience fee of $4.95)

6. Receive confirmation number.

7. Mail the registration form to the Fresh Start program after paying by phone.

1. Go to  www.officalpayments.com

2. Click Local Payment

3. Enter your Jurisdiction Code, 6836. (If applicable)

4. Enter the necessary information.

5. All Major Credit /Debit Cards Accepted (Includes convenience  fee of $4.95)

6. Submit the payment.

7. Mail the registration form to the Fresh Start program after paying online.
